This is a 3 bedroom duplex with split level and 2 living rooms. As you walk in to the 4 story duplex, you will see a large living room and kitchen, shared. there will be stairs leading up or down. Your room is up. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, and that is where you will find your bedroom with 2 windows looking West, you can see some mountains and lots of trees and birds. The bathroom upstairs will be shared by one other roommate upstairs. On the lower level lives the 3rd roommate with their own living room and bathroom. In the basement is where the washer and dryer is, also some more storage space. This is an all *Female* home.
Other Details to Note
Two houshold cats. They are always in one room but they will come say hi . They are very nice and chill. Super clean you won't be able to tell they are here.
