It is a great hub to explore other parts of Colorado. You can make day trips to Estes Park, Colorado Springs and even Vail. There is an enclosed outdoor patio with a fire pit and a hammock. The patio is the perfect place to have your morning coffee or relax in the evening by the fire pit. 88th Ave Drive in Theater is near by!

The house is conected to a Car Shop, facing the opposite direction, there will be some noise next door during the day. The workers are family to us and respect your privacy. And a little noise being In a commercial neighborhood located on a busier street, but super cozy and tucked away from every one for a feeling of privacy.
