This home is in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and in the middle of everything! Located on the second floor, you'll take the elevator up to a courtyard before entering this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. Designed for comfort and privacy, it's easy to live and hang out here. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, making it perfect for couples, families, business travelers, or friends. The primary suite features a luxurious king bed and an oversized soaking tub which is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I love to cook and the kitchen is beyond fully stocked with everything you need and then some like a 6qt stand mixer, diverse spice collection, full size baking sheets, and even a cherry pitter. The open living room offers a large, comfortable couch, a big-screen smart TV, and plenty of thriving houseplants to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. One free garage parking spot included with stay. One well-behaved dog is welcome. I want your furry companion to enjoy Denver too! It's a very dog friendly city. In Cap Hill you're not far from anything! - Downtown Denver (~20 minute walk or 5 minutes by car) -Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Safeway, Marczyk, and King Soopers all within a mile - Walking distance to several coffee shops, Cheesman park, music venues, barcade, yoga studios, amazing sandwiches, and bagels . -Central Library, Denver Art Museum and Clyfford Still (my favorite) are also walking distance -Ball Arena, Empower Field, and Coors Field all within a 5-15 minute drive - DIA (about 30 minutes) It's so central to all of Denver's activities that this is a great home base whether you're here for work, a game, concert, or playing around in the mountains.

This is my real home, not a bland and sterile rental property. It feels comfy and cozy and has more than salt and pepper in the pantry. Please treat it with the same respect you do your own home. Neighborhood: Located in Denver's historic Capitol Hill, you'll be surrounded by beautiful architecture, great restaurants, cafés, nightlife, and easy access to downtown. As with any urban neighborhood, you may occasionally see people experiencing homelessness.
