This cute apartment is close to airport and downtown( 15-20 minutes). Right near the highway. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and family. It is a great hub to explore other parts of Colorado. You can make day trips to Estes Park, Colorado Springs and even Vail. There is an enclosed outdoor patio with a fire pit and a hammock. The patio is the perfect place to have your morning coffee or relax in the evening by the fire pit. 88th Ave Drive in Theater is near by!

This is a 2bedroom 1 bath Apartment. With large private patio with hammock and fire pit area. Full size kitchen and livingroom. The apartment is in a commercial/residential area. We work right next door in a radiator shop so if you need anything you will get a very quick response you also might hear some noise from the shop. You have a separate private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is private, not shared. 3 free designated parking spots right out front.

A little noise being In a commercial neighborhood but super cozy and tucked away from every one feeling of privacy.

The apartment is in a commercial/residential area. We work right next door in a radiator shop so if you need anything you will get a very quick response. You have a closed in patio and separate private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is private, not shared. You are walking distance from Colorados oldest and biggest flea market. (Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday). There’s a drive in movie theater less than 5 minutes away. Dick’s Soccer Stadium is 10 minutes away. The Rocky Mountain Arsenal is 7 minutes away. It’s an animal refuge with deer, burrowing owls, bald eagles and buffaloes. There are many trails that you can walk or you can drive in your car to see the buffaloes and it is free. There’s a gas station around the corner that has a mini market. The apartment is very close to 1-76 highway which makes it accessible to downtown Denver, the airport and other places of interest in Colorado.
